1. What Sunday is

Sunday is a personal-styling service delivered over WhatsApp. It learns your taste and sends you outfit recommendations — images, prices, and links to buy each piece from the brand that sells it. Sunday is in early access: it's free for now, it's improving fast, and it will occasionally be wrong, quirky, or briefly unavailable.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16, old enough to use WhatsApp where you live, and signing up for yourself with accurate information. One account per person.

3. Messages

By completing setup you ask Sunday to message you on WhatsApp at the cadence you chose. You can change the cadence, reply "pause" to take a break, or reply "stop" to opt out entirely — effective immediately.

4. Buying things

Sunday recommends; brands sell. When you tap a link you buy directly from the brand under the brand's own terms — payment, shipping, returns, and complaints all live with them. Sunday never charges your card and never takes your payment details. Some links are affiliate links: the brand may pay Sunday a commission at no cost to you, and it doesn't change what we recommend beyond keeping the lights on.

5. AI, honestly

Looks are composed and try-on previews are rendered by AI. Previews approximate fit, drape, and color — treat them as a very good sketch, not a photograph. Prices and stock come from brand catalogs and can drift; the brand's site is always the source of truth. Sunday is a stylist, not professional, medical, or financial advice.

6. Your content

Your photo and your messages stay yours. You give Sunday permission to use them for one purpose: operating the service for you — rendering your try-ons, tuning your taste profile, composing your drops. Handling details are in the privacy policy.

7. Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful use, no harassing the humans or the bot, no scraping, reselling, reverse-engineering, or flooding it with junk. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. The service, as is

Sunday is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of US $50 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (during free early access: US $50).

9. Ending things

You can stop any time — reply "stop," or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end the service (or your access to it) with reasonable notice, or immediately if these terms are broken.

10. Changes and law

We'll update these terms as Sunday grows; material changes are announced in WhatsApp before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment; we'll name the jurisdiction here as Sunday incorporates.
